We have optimized sending of queries and concerns through DigiBanker Contact Helpdesk.
Multiple eGov transactions may now be approved or disapproved at once. This includes Pag-IBIG, SSS, BIR eFPS, PhilHealth EPRS, and PAS5 Payments.
It will display all transactions pending for your verification, approval, and/or release. These transactions are classified as eGov, Payments, Collections, and Transfers.
