The Authorization levels are common to corporations and is determined by their approval and signing hierarchy. These levels are detailed in their company’s Operative Board Resolution. There may be more than one (1) authorization level, as this will depend on the monetary amount by which the company’s authorized signatories are allowed to transact or approve, in behalf of their company.
