Cannot Upload File / Failed Uploads
  1. If your upload is taking too long or failing, please check the following:
    1. Make sure your internet connection is fast and stable.
    2. Try re-uploading by doing the steps for uploading a Payroll File again
  2. If basic troubleshooting does not help to resolve the issue, contact the DigiBanker Helpdesk for assistance.
