The status that is displayed in table and list

1. Pending for Verification/Approval – The transaction needs verification or approval.
2. For Bank Processing – Queued for Crediting
3. For Bank Confirmation – Awaiting response from Security Bank.
4. For SSS Processing – Sent to SSS for processing.
5. For Pag-IBIG Processing – Sent to Pag-IBIG for processing.
6. Posted – The transaction is successful.
7. Partially Posted – The transaction has started not been fully completed yet.
8. Rejected – The transaction has been rejected by the Approver.
9. Returned – The transaction has been returned by the Approver for corrections.
10. Expired – The transaction has elapsed the allotted time for processing.
11. Failed – Transaction has failed.
12. Status Undefined – An unknown error. If you encounter this status, please contact HelpDesk and report the issue.
