I did not receive my OTP

  1. If you did not receive your OTP via SMS, try to resend a new password from the OTP step of the login process. Click on the Resend via SMS link to do this.
  2. If SMS OTP fails to send you your login password, contact your DigiBanker Admin to confirm that the correct mobile phone number is entered under your user profile.
