Updating my email and mobile number

  1. Login as Sytem Admin.
  2. From the main navigation menu select Administration > User Maintenance.
  3. On the side menu panel select Create User. A list of all registered users will be displayed. Find the user you want to change.
  4. Click the Edit icon on the action column of the user you want to change notification settings for. The user’s details will then be displayed.
  5. Under the User Information section on the contact details, tick or untick the Notify for pending transactions box.
  6. Click on the Submit button to finalise your changes. You will be prompted to confirm your changes.
  7. Click on the OK button to confirm.
